OPEN LETTER TO MR NIGERIAN AMBASSADOR IN CAMEROON                                                                                                                       BY                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     KOM BERNARD Independent Researcher in Douala – Cameroun                                                                                                                                                    November 2013

Excellency,

After a new resounding victory of your country on the world football scene last November 8, 2013, in the United Arab Emirates, during the final of the world cup of less than seventeen years, i, as many other people, felt once again proud to African.

In fact, since about four years now, the traditional power of the ‘’Super Eagles ‘’ of Nigeria, whether at the continental or international level, gave me the envy of feeling myself Nigerian, even partially.

Thus, at first, i gave myself, since then, an oral DUAL NATIONALITY Cameroonian – Nigerian. This new identity gave me more passion to often follow the football matches of my second fatherland Nigeria, a regularly winner country.

Only God knows what may be the level of permanent bitterness of the citizens of these countries which are almost always losers in the first round of the playoffs. Ah, it’s so good to win.

Moreover, this fourth victory in world cup, Excellency, has contributed to booster the process of ‘’nigeriasation‘’ that was going on inside my being. Thus, this letter which is not only for congratulations to the Nigerian people, is also a public demand for the possibility of formalizing my dual Cameroonian – Nigerian nationality. I wish, in one way or another, to OFFICIALLY HAVE SOMETHING NIGERIAN,              Mr Ambassador, in the name of football and African unity too. Thanks in advance.

I intend, already, at the next opportunity to submit my application to your services for an eventual and concrete study.

Finally, Excellency Mr Ambassador, hoping a favorable result to my request, please to accept the expression of my best feelings.
